Upload Document/ Drawing with revision no. Latest Revision only can be viewed. Different document formats like PDF , JPG can be uploaded along with Autocad drawing. Highly Secure Digital Document Storage along with version control. Highly efficient Document Management through workflows for collaboration among all team members. Master list of Documents stage wise maintained. Various formats Supported for Documents like .dwg, .pdf, .jpg etc, No File Size Limit. The documents are stored in cloud in secure servers with daily backup.

Workflow Management

The Workflow management provides ability to each team and its member to generate a workflow Create workflow with drag and drop method. The team member can create any number of workflow during the workflow process. Multiple drawings with same workflow can be assigned in one go. Multiple drawings can be uploaded in one go. Any team member can Approve, Reject, Raise RFI (Request for information). All actions have option to revise date and accept approval process

Email Management

For all the notifications are generated through emails. The email management has a centralized storage space. All the emails generated by raising RFI, Approve, Reject etc. can be easily tracked in the email management feature. All emails sent with project Email ID will also be stored under the relevant team names. Search Feature for quick access to any mail.

Transmittal Management

The transmittal management feature allows team members to send multiple documents in zip format to selected teams & external users through Email. Each Transmittal has an Accept feature for confirmation. This feature keeps a trails of the transmittal sent along with the stage, drawing/document number . Create Transmittal with drawing/document name along with purpose & issue format. Drawing/Documents external to Team junction can also be attached. External users can receive transmittal. Search Features for quick access.
